Tiny School of Art & Design

The Tiny School of Art & Design is a traveling art studio, equipped with high quality materials and unusual drawing tools and furniture to be used in unexpected locations, with accessible activities.


The Tiny School of Art & Design will visit you and your community fully equipped with tables, art horses, art supplies, and inspiration! Qualified and enthusiastic artists will share the tricks of the art trade, from playing with materials to refining new ways of seeing.

Features of the Tiny School
–10 “Drawing Horses” for pleine air drawing or painting.
–3 folding tables
–10 stools
–Basic but high quality art materials like tempera paint, brushes, paper, and drawing media
–Program will offer hands on instruction and “passive” art making activities.

Standard Neighborhood Event Rate: $750 one day- 4 hour event + $350 each consecutive day

Standard Event Includes:
-Delivery within 30 miles of St. Cloud, MN. Beyond this- delivery is $1/mile
-4 hours instruction time per day
-materials
-equipment
-complimentary planning session via zoom

Additional and customizable options:
-Delivery outside of 30 mile from St. Cloud is $1/mile
-Different activities available, partnering with additional local artists
-Design Thinking activities for group facilitation available
-Additional hours available, at $75/hr
-ONline Marketing available

Corporate / Large Event Rate:
$1500 1 day rate + $700 each additional day +materials and $2 per mile

Transport Size–this is generally the smallest size, use this to determine fit through doors, etc. (LxWxH): 14’L x 9’W x 12’H

Transport Details:
Meant for outdoor events, transported by pick up truck

Footprint–how much space is ideal for basic set-up (LxWxH): Needs about 20’L x 12’W foot print plus table set up.

Additional Specification Details:
Unless we change activities, all art activities don’t need electricity.

Heidi Jeub is an award-winning teaching artist and community art practitioner that created the Tiny School of Art & Design so that quality art making and experiences is accessible to all. She is an arts educator in Central Minnesota, has been a teaching artist since 2005, and has developed her work as an abstract painter and public artist since 2000.
